Generate cryptographically random RFC 4122 version 4 identifiers locally. This ScrutnLearn utility is designed around a narrow, inspectable workflow: it accepts only the inputs required for the task, reports validation failures instead of inventing an output, and keeps the resulting data under the user’s control.
The generator uses crypto.randomUUID when available and a crypto.getRandomValues fallback with the correct version and variant bits.

A reliable workflow keeps the original beside the generated result. That makes differences easy to inspect, prevents accidental overwrites, and gives collaborators enough context to reproduce the decision.
Inputs are treated as untrusted. The tool sets size or execution limits where an expensive operation could freeze the browser, uses text output rather than executing supplied code, and never sends uploaded files to an online conversion service. Copy and download actions are explicit user choices.
For file-based tools, processing occurs in browser memory. Closing or reloading the page clears that working state. ScrutnLearn does not promise recovery of an interrupted conversion, so retain the source file.
